Juan García is happy to be a part of Raisoft Family!

I came to Raisoft almost by chance. After having completed my studies in Psychology I was working in different sectors like logistics, sales and education. I had had no previous contact with software development other than the exposure to finished products as a simple user.

I am an avid learner and that made my transition into the position of Product Owner and Manager of the Spanish project at Raisoft easier. My passion for languages also came in handy to ensure a better understanding of the needs of our clients in the Basque Country based on the development of RAI tools here in Finland.

All in all, Raisoft has provided me with an opportunity for personal growth and a deeper knowledge of the processes involved in software development in the Health Care sector. It is very rewarding to be part of a family-friendly, close knit and supportive company where every member is held in high esteem, surrounded by great co-workers in a protective and stimulating environment.

I love nature and the outdoors and in Finland I get the best of the seasons for skiing, skating, cycling, swimming and running. I have also had the opportunity to learn more about the Finnish language and culture, which is still a bit of a mystery to me. I could not ask for more – well, maybe a little more sunshine, but, hey! You must water the plants if you want them green, isn't it?
