I have lost my password/user name. How can I get a new one?

How do I remove a discharge assessment and reactivate the case?

How can I restore (accidentally) removed people or cases?

Assessment locking does not work, what should I do?
The most common reason is incorrectly entered date - check the date.

What should I do when the system does not let me access the information of the department/unit to which I'm assigned?
The administrator has not added a role for you in that department/unit. Contact your organisation's administrator.

           

What should I do when the same client's data appears in the system twice?
Contact Raisoft support.

How do I add new roles to users?
Read your organisation’s administrator manual. You will find it in the top menu of the software: Manuals and documents, with a book as the icon --> underneath, you will find RAIsoft.net Guides --> Administrator’s manual.

How do I remove assessments?
